  From where do i start. First of all i had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Once it came i explained to the mechanic and over the phone to the lady who took the appointment what the problem is, the mechanic initially was very convincing, I quote his words "I know what causes the problem it's a button that is faulty and confuses the gearbox, we have to order the button from Germany and everything will be back to normal". Everything was going fine so far, the button came and they changed it, charged me £750.00 which i thought is way overpriced for a small button and 2-3 hours of work, but however i didn't care because i wanted my car to be back as normal. So when i left the service the car was like before, absolutely nothing has changed, so basically i paid £750.00 for something completely useless to be changed and i had the same problem but with the difference my pockets was lighter with £750.00. When i went back the mechanic was surprised as well that the car still had the problem, so pretty much he had no idea what the problem is from the beginning and they didn't even took the car for a test drive. They told me i have to leave my car for 1-2 days again so they can acknowledge the problem, and i received an e-mail with quote for extra £1900.00 for the problem to be solved and they offered me £300.00 discount for compensation. Very annoyed and disappointed because i was expecting when i pay a price over the roof i'm leaving the car with professionals but it appears they are the same scammers as pretty much 90% of the garages, the only difference is that they charge 5 times more. And to conclude i refused to go ahead of course, when they gave me back my car it was 3 times worse than when i left it, now the engine check lamp is on and the car is in service mode and it barely drives. So -£750.00 for me and even more broken car, with 2 weeks lost now. Avoid at any cost it doesn't worth the time and money. I will never visit this service again.
